Job Summary
The Global Technology Strategy & Planning team is focused on strategy formulation and prioritization strategic and operational planning program management and vendor management efforts while building nextgen Total Cost of Ownership capabilities.
The Manager Program Management Office (PMO) role works with the Senior Manager Global Technology PMO. This role leads and directs projects that are Loyalty focused very multifunctional and highly complex using different development methods which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
Primary Duties:
- Manage project plans roadmaps and to achieve the project goal under various methods(i.e Agile Waterfall etc)
- Manage project changes using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project on track.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project identify and quantify any variances perform any required corrective actions and communicate to all partners.
- Align partners and team members by ensuring a common understanding of expectations for the project.
- Work to implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate risks.
- Document highlevel risks assumptions and constraints using historical data and expert judgment to understand project limitations.
- Leverage knowledge of and experience with the following:
- Leverage shared services on delivery model.
- Support or ensure the standardization of processes for implementing projects across all clients in accordance with standard processes related to the SDLC and ADLC.
- Complete short term strategy for function.
- Solve difficult problems impacting a project; identify ways to improve current customer needs.
- Accountable for managing projects using various development methods (i.e. Waterfall Agile etc) with moderate risk and directs activities of the project teams.
- Implements necessary charters templates tools and associated PMO artifacts depending on the project.

The expected salary range for this role is $112860 $143900/ per year

Qualifications :
- 45 years experience required: Prior corporate and global project management experience required with a Loyalty focus with 3 years managing projects.
- Demonstrates a deep level of expertise in Technical Project Management process and tools inclusive of JIRA Confluence Smartsheet. Planview a plus.
- Experience in loyalty project/program management preferably in retail and/or Fastfood industry.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with globally dispersed teams with light direction.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and basic loyalty concepts.
- Experience working with a 3rd party loyalty vendors/systems.
- Experience with software methodology development processes (i.e. ADLC SDLC Lean).
- Ability to create presentations.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple key business priorities.
- Ability to solve very complex problems and deal with a variety of work situations.
- Strong understanding of a variety of technology solutions.
- Bachelors degree in related field required: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; Agile Certifications preferred (e.g. PSM CSM etc. or equivalent work experience preferred.
