Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients. You will assist with customer inquiries resolve issues and contribute to the overall success of our customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone email and inperson interactions
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Process customer orders and returns
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth customer service operations
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Support customer service initiatives and contribute to team goals
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience is a plus
