Software Engineering Lead
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States fulltime. We are not able to sponsor applicants for work visas at this time.
Flexible location: work where you want to either remotely across the U.S. or from our HQ in NYC

A little about you:
Have 710 years of experience building fullstack cloudbased software systems in a Typescript/React/Node environment
Experienced in providing technical leadership and upskilling your colleagues through code reviews collaborative development and technical discussions
Ship highquality complete work that you own endtoend in a fastpaced B2B SaaS environment
Possess strong attention to detail ensuring that it doesnt just work it works well
Have great communication skills; you work well with others and you care more about solving the problem than coming up with the best solution yourself
Earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics or Engineering or have an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Are (or can be) located in or around the New York area with the ability and desire to work in our office (near Lincoln Center) at least 12x per week
Extra Points:
Experience in or familiarity with the life insurance industry
Worked at or founded an earlystage startup
Professional working proficiency in Spanish
