Job Title: Application Consultant

Reporting To: Senior Application Consultant / Team Lead
Job Summary:
The Application Consultant is responsible for implementing configuring and supporting . This includes requirement gathering system setup user training UAT facilitation and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless client adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HRMS implementation including configuration UAT and training.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional system issues.
- Collaborate with development teams on customization and enhancements.
- Ensure ontime project delivery and proper documentation.
- Provide postimplementation support and handover to the Customer Support team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computing IT or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HRMS/ERP implementation.
- Strong SQL and Microsoft technologies knowledge.
- Experience in fullcycle web application development.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Programming skills in Python Java or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloudbased HRMS solutions.
