Job Title: Remote German Content Moderator
Location: Bulgaria (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated German Content Moderator to join our team remotely from Bulgaria. As part of our global operations you will be responsible for ensuring that all content across our platforms complies with company policies and community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content (texts images videos etc. in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines legal requirements and company policies.
- Identify and take action on harmful inappropriate or offensive content including but not limited to hate speech harassment explicit material and spam.
- Provide accurate and consistent feedback on content moderation decisions ensuring that every action aligns with company standards.
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex content issues and improve moderation processes.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of evolving trends and challenges in online content moderation.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of content moderation policies and tools.
- Ensure the efficient and timely completion of content moderation tasks while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong command of the English language (for internal communication and training purposes).
- Prior experience in content moderation customer support or online community management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high volumes of work.
- Familiarity with online safety practices community guidelines and internet security issues.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
- A proactive attitude with a problemsolving mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content moderation platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of online trends internet culture and social media platforms.
- Background in legal compliance or media industries is a plus.
