We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance mechanical and machine repairs building maintenance and support specific projects. This role ensures the maintenance and repair of production equipment support equipment and facility grounds.

Responsibilities
- Install maintain and repair machinery equipment physical structures piping and electrical systems
- Operate machine tools such as lathes grinders drill presses and milling machines to repair or fabricate parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production and facility equipment to optimize efficiency
- Identify and address problems implementing solutions to improve productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area ensuring a safe work environment
- Utilize maintenance systems to document and track daily weekly and monthly tasks
- Safely operate material handling equipment
- Support predictive and preventative maintenance programs and plant initiatives
- Participate in safety observations and uphold SQF 2000 Systems standards
- Comply with Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

- 24 years of maintenance mechanic experience
