1. Do you have prior experience in an HVAC sales role
2. Do you have Knowledge of HVAC mechanical and plumbing systems and components.
3. Do you have the Ability to prepare financial justification for solutions. An understanding of energy savings with LEED knowledge is a plus.
4. Do you have Experience with customer relationship development and maintenance.
5. Do you have Strong communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work in a team environment
6. Do you have Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
7. Do you have the Ability to maintain a motor vehicle record that meets company guidelines
8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
