DaytoDay Tasks
- Teach swim lessons in the water using our proven methods
- Observe and monitor staff to ensure a superb experience for all clients
- Perform pool maintenance and minor facility upkeep
- Coach and mentor swim instructors and staff
- Handle scheduling and provide coverage for instructors and administrative staff when necessary
- Connect with clients parents students and the community to provide resolutions to any issues or concerns
- Attend community events to raise awareness about our aquatics program
- Ensure safety and a positive environment throughout the facility
- Train and lead swim teachers using our childcentered methods
- Support staff and ensure safety on the pool deck
- Engage families and teammates with warmth and professionalism
- Be a role model for excellence in teaching and leadership
- A passion for water and working with kids
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience teaching and mentoring staff
- A positive coachable attitude
- Availability for afternoon evening and weekend shifts
