Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Brownsville OR
Pay:$80000 $95000 per year (DOE)
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Brownsville OR. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all machinery and equipment used in our production processes. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance operations related to the installation and repair of machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment.
Ensure employee and contractor safety by implementing best safety practices including LOTO confined space electrical safety and incident investigation.
Maintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure safety minimize production downtime and enhance equipment sustainability.
Manage inventories and order necessary parts for equipment maintenance.
Consult obtain bids and collaborate with outside contractors.
Supervise and train Millwrights and LME apprentices to troubleshoot plant equipment.
Participate in the rebuild or repair of pellet mills conveyors screws gearboxes and chains utilizing hydraulic pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Provide regular reports on safety and maintenance to the Plant Manager.
Qualifications:
Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) card preferred.
Journeyman Millwright card preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of journeymanlevel millwright or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
