Job Description
S&H Youth And Adult Services in Salisbury NC is looking for remote therapist to join our strong team. We are located in Charlotte Concord Salisbury Sanford and Dunn North Carolina. Our ideal candidate is a dually licensed selfstarter who is punctual and engaged.
Contractor Rates
- $25 $40 per billable hour

Qualifications
- Must be a North Carolina Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LCSWA LCMHC/LCMHCA LMFT/LMFTA LCAS/LCASA LP/LPA
General Responsibilities
- Complete Intake Assessment for the assigned beneficiary
- Develop treatment plans/PCP for each assigned beneficiary
- Provide individual group family or family group therapy for the assigned beneficiary(s)
- Complete daily services notes for the beneficiary.
