Welcome to the PNO Group! Were on the hunt for a passionate Senior Microsoft 365 System Engineer ready to drive our digital transformation. Based in Rome with a flexible hybrid work model youll play a pivotal role in designing implementing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 ecosystem ensuring it powers our cuttingedge custom software platforms. With a competitive annual gross salary of approximately 50000 your contributions will make a real impact across our innovative organization.

Become our goto expert for all things Microsoft 365. Youll design robust secure and efficient digital solutions collaborate with a dynamic international team and lead initiatives that streamline our operations and boost our digital capabilities. This is your chance to make a lasting mark on the future of enterprise IT at PNO!
Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
- Design implement and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive)
- Administer EntraID focusing on identity management conditional access MFA and Zero Trust policies
- Implement toptier security and compliance measures including DLP threat protection and continuous monitoring
- Automate M365 administration using PowerShell scripting and Power Automate
Your tasks 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues as the goto escalation expert
- Lead exciting migration and modernization projects including hybrid deployments and legacy system transitions
- Integrate Microsoft 365 with thirdparty enterprise applications using Graph and other tools
- Develop and enforce smart governance policies for user access licensing and information protection
Your profile 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
- 510 years of handson experience in Microsoft 365 configuration and administration
- Deep expertise in managing EntraID and implementing security and compliance features (DLP Purview)
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques
- Proven track record in managing migration projects across diverse environments (onprem/cloud)
Your Profile 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)
- Strong background in virtual server administration and ITSM software
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive innovative approach
- Experience working in international multidisciplinary IT organizations
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills. Italian and/or Dutch is nice to have.
