Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working with the HR Leadership team on creating onboarding resources to provide an overview of the benefits plans and enrollment processes through narrated powerpoints and videos.
- Collaborating with the HR Leadership team on reviewing and updating process maps for offer letters and onboarding while evaluating the hiring stages and responsibilities workflow through ADP.
Qualifications:
- Education Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree
- Certifications No specific certifications required; however any related certifications or coursework in Human Resources would be advantageous.
- Professional Experience While no prior professional experience is required any exposure to the construction industry human resources or relevant internships would be a plus.
- Valid drivers license
- Pass a background check
- Military service a plus
- Bilingual a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $15/hour during the 1012 week long Internship Program
- Working at the Bone Dry Headquarters in Indianapolis with free onsite gym and showers available
