Job Description
Conserva Irrigation is a team of professionals that specializes in efficient irrigation. Our Technicians play a key role in the success of our business through their ability to support Company operations by performing all tasks at the customers home/work site as determined by the scope of the work order. These duties and necessary functions are to be performed safely professionally and in a timely manner to meet and/or exceed our customer expectations while providing excellent overall customer service.
A successful technician must be selfmotivated with effective communication and
problemsolving skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. Positive attitude trustworthy high level personal integrity and honesty. Ability to make a good first impression by being wellgroomed having a pleasant disposition and the ability to interact with various people in a professional manner and be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
You should have at least 1 years of irrigation experience as an Irrigation Technician. The
ideal candidate will have a full understanding in the use of basic hand tools and equipment and high technical aptitude. High school diploma or equivalent. Having 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service related industry is helpful. Must be able to successfully pass all required background check including a clean driving record and other preemployment screening.
