Job Description

Working within the Training team this role will be responsible for executing the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL plan for the Training position in Germany. The role will work across the organization aligning the needs of our customers and points of sale (POS) to drive exceptional customer experiences and increase sales of our brands (Valmont lElixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane).

Additionally this position will be responsible for delivering technical and commercial training organizing promotional events and managing administrative tasks related to training and animation activities. Given the highly crossfunctional nature of this role strong leadership communication skills and a passion for the luxury and cosmetics industry are essential. This role reports to the Commercial Director.


Main Tasks & Duties

Training 70

  • Deliver technical and theoretical training (inperson and virtual) that is engaging informative and maximizes product knowledge retention on the latest skincare techniques and product launches.
  • Develop strong trusting relationships with clients and their teams.
  • Provide expert Valmont professional aesthetic services and sales advice to clients.
  • Regularly train Valmont Beauty Advisors in department stores on products and new launches.
Events 20
  • Conduct animations at spas department stores and various points of sale by performing facials masterclasses and popup events (inperson or virtual depending on client needs).
    Administrative Tasks 510
    • Organize schedules and manage travel coordination based on sales team requests.
    • Ensure that all paperwork after each training or animation is completed and submitted on time.
    • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to schedule training order gifts and document followup notes and photos after each session.
    • Proactively follow up and support client needs and requests.
    • Handle training logistics including supplies food kit replenishment etc.
    • Oversee Cube Management for the area.
    Meetings 5
    • Attend National Sales and Training meetings 24 times per year to stay up to date on product launches and new protocols.

    Qualifications:

    • Good knowledge regarding beauty care
    • Capacity to learn quickly
    • Proven ability to learn and perfect Valmonts face & body protocols
    • Excellent communication skills comfortable with public speaking.
    • Customeroriented with an ability to sell and give salesbased trainings.
    • Highly collaborative; working with various departments in a teamoriented environment.
    • Able to work in a fastpaced environment that requires a high degree of multitasking and proactive organizational skills.
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point) and Microsoft Teams.
    • Entrepreneurial selfconfident and selfmotivated flexible teamplayer and positive attitude
    • Language fluency in German & English.
