Job Description
- Responsible for supporting the available distributors to promote aqua sales of Phileo products to achieve or exceed sales target.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with largescale aquaculture farms.
- Visit existing and new accounts with support from technical manager or distributor seek and assess customer needs. provide products and services solutions and deepen relationships
- Identify and choose new agents in agreement with the sales management for the development of sales of Phileo products.
- To report on customer needs.
- Follow up on quality claims made by his customers on Phileo products.
- To report on competition monitoring (information samples prices.
- To provide regular written reporting on market data the advancement of the action plan and projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Aquaculture/Nutrition and with at least 2 years sales experience in the industry 2
- Familiar with aquaculture production technology or have work experience at the aquaculture farm or in the aquaculture animal health company.
- Excellent communications skills
- Selfmotivated and selfmanaging abilities are expected
- Good team player
