The experience we are actively looking for:
Proficiency in French or Dutch (native or bilingual) and professional English
Demonstrated expertise in managing IT projects within complex technical ecosystems
Strong familiarity with SAP environments (including R3 S4 Webdynpro BSP FIORI UI5
Good working knowledge of OpenText and HR information systems
Capacity to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Excellent command of MS Project and project governance tools
High analytical capability and structured risk analysis
Ability to manage crossfunctional teams and external vendors
The scope of this intrapreneurial project is to manage two digital transformation initiatives: a migration from SAP legacy applications to UI5 and the implementation and deployment of a new HR document management solution using OpenText which have a critical impact on a public transport organization.
The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant are:
Support projects through highquality and detailoriented ensuring accuracy and meeting expectations:
Initiate projects and work packages and define with the teams the solutions to be implemented (functional and nonfunctional scope architectural and technical choices budget planning)
Prepare change requests and procurement packages to acquire the required solution components
Conduct risk analyses
Define and implement the project organization including the project team and act as the project driver
Support projects with rational and datadriven assessments regarding costs quality and timelines providing objective analyses for decisionmaking:
Oversee the testing training and change management phases
Identify relevant providers stakeholders and experts
Support projects by facilitating communication and reporting between stakeholders:
Ensure alignment with ongoing initiatives across the organization
Coordinate with key internal and external suppliers
Ensure the implementation and readiness of operations at project completion in collaboration with the relevant Service Managers
Coordinate the testing training and change management processes
Collaborate with business teams other IT departments and external vendors to align activities
Lead decisionmaking communication and reporting to stakeholders directly or indirectly involved in the project
