Merchandise Data Analyst (MDA)

Remote hire location: Philippines

Hours of work: Fulltime Monday to Friday 95 EST

Salary:

Job Summary: The Merchandise Data Analyst (MDA) is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data management within the merchandising department. This role involves maintaining product data integrity supporting the buying team with reporting and analysis and assisting in purchase order (PO) processing and system uploads. The MDA plays a key role in optimizing inventory accuracy and facilitating smooth operational workflows.

Core Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

o Accurately inputting customer orders including details like product information quantities shipping addresses and payment methods.

Order Processing:

o Processing orders in a timely manner adhering to company procedures and deadlines.

Order Tracking:

o Following up on orders to ensure they are processed and shipped accurately and on time.

Record Keeping:

o Maintaining detailed and organized records of all orders and related transactions.

Problem Solving:

o Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the order processing stage.

Data Verification:

o Reviewing and verifying entered data for accuracy and completeness.

Report Generation

o Assisting with generating reports on order processing metrics and trends.

Communication:

o Collaborating with internal team to resolve orderrelated issues.

o Assisting with generating reports on order processing metrics and trends.

  • Strong Data Entry Skills: Accuracy and speed in typing and entering data are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all order details are entered correctly and completely.
