We have freshly raised 3.75m from 20VC Stride and Base10. We start and grow craft businesses. We are the fastest growing operating system for this in DACH. You will have the opportunity to lay the structure for scaling in a small highperforming team from Berlin and will work directly with the the founder.

At Handly we support upandcoming entrepreneurs to launch manage and grow their own home service businesses (Handwerk). We help them setup their company build their website optimize for local SEO and generate leads. On top of that they get the software to handle everythingfrom writing quotes and invoices to closing deals and managing jobs efficiently.
Essentially we build incredible success stories with people who are true experts in their craftjust like you. These are highly skilled technical professionals creating real value for their customers. Demand for their services far outweighs supply and their clients are deeply grateful for the work they deliver through handly.

This is the job to be done:
You will have full ownership of the tech team driving the of our product. We love shipping fastevery new release is celebrated by both our team and our customers.
- Youll be 70 player 30 coachspending most of your time handson coding.
- Set the quality bar for every engineeryour team will only rise to the standard you uphold.
- Stay on top of the latest best practices and ensure processes are designed to maximize iteration speed and .
These are some of the things we will build into the product in the next couple of months:
- Payments via virtual IBANs
- VOIPphone calling via API SDKs
- AI outbound & inbound calls for our customers
- Performance & business analytics dashboard
- Digital debt collection via API for our customers
- AI generated quotes
Requirements
- Berlinbased or willing to relocate (we can help on that)
- Willing to work from the office. Every day.

Process:
- 30 min: Introduction with Basti (Founder)
- 1h: Tech chat with Sean (our former CTO)
- In person with Basti and the rest of the team at the office.
