Junior Partner Account Manager Italian MarketAt Factorial were looking for a passionate **Junior Partner Account Manager to join our fastgrowing team and help us take the company to the next level! In this role youll focus on supporting our Italian Partnership Program with a primary emphasis on resolving administrative tasks like fixing billing issues managing invoices and structuring collaboration with partners while ensuring smooth communication with clients.**The Role As a member of the **Strategy Team youll be responsible for onboarding new clients from our Italian partners managing administrative support and addressing billing issues. You will ensure accounts are properly structured provide assistance with contracts and invoices and ensure smooth partner collaboration. Youll also troubleshoot any technical issues support clients in maximizing Factorials HR platform and collaborate internally to enhance operational processes.****What Will You Be Doing

• **Client Onboarding & Account Management: Onboard new Italian clients ensuring they understand how to use Factorial and assisting with necessary administrative tasks.
• **Invoice & Billing Management: Manage billing queries fix invoice issues and ensure accurate invoicing with clients and partners.
• **Administrative Support: Provide support with contracts billing inquiries and any operational tasks related to client accounts.
• **Partner Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with Italian partners ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
• **Customer Satisfaction & Troubleshooting: Address technical or administrative issues promptly ensuring clients are fully supported.
• **Internal Collaboration: Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve recurring administrative issues.

• Experience in customer support account management or administrative roles in SaaS or HR software.
