Youll be instrumental in the growth and success of a newly established team dedicated to this strategic initiative.****What Will You Be Doing

  • **Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executivesguiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.
  • **Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment driving motivation and accountability.
  • **Take ownership of managing Salesqualified deals and enhancing the customer experience particularly in the of the sales cycle for our Expenses functionality.
  • Identify engage with and support prospect clients throughout their decisionmaking journey steering them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.
  • **Develop innovative account plans **and strategies to surpass sales quotas employing creative and consultative selling techniques.
  • **Conduct highlevel negotiations with CSuite and VPLevel Executives driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • **Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership ensuring transparency and accountability.

**Your Profile

  • Possess a **Hunter & **Farmer mentality demonstrating hunger persistence and a strong work ethic.
  • Have at least **2 years of closing B2B saleswithin SaaSbased companies or digital transformation environments.
  • Experience **leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.
  • Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
  • Excel as a communicator quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
  • Proactively generate and champion new ideas demonstrating initiative and creativity.
  • Exhibit full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.
  • You speak **German as native and excellent level of **English.
