- **Manage the **sales cycle from the demonstration to the closing.
- **Engage in highlevel negotiations with CLevel Executives.
- **Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects.
- **Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets.
- **Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively.
- **Collaborate daily with diverse internal teams including SDRs Product Marketing Customer Experience and Senior Leadership teams.
- **Drive the DACH Markets expansion for Factorial by understanding the landscape developing new strategies and establishing Factorial as the leading solution.

**Your Profile
- **Multilingual Mastery: Native in German and fluent in English.
- **Valued Experience: At least one year of experience on a sales position.
- **Tech Enthusiast: A natural passion for digital innovation and techsavviness.
- **Strategic Visionary: Experience in forecasting pipeline management and critical communication skills are essential.
- **Soft Skills Superstar: Detailoriented accountable creative thinker team player openminded selfmotivated and ambitious to grow within our exciting team.
