Tasks
- You own the integration finetuning and deployment of vision and language models to enhance platform quality efficiency and scalability
- You build automated AI pipelines that adapt to user behavior optimizing model selection retraining and performance
- You benchmark and evaluate cuttingedge models on domainspecific datasets ensuring high accuracy and relevance for customer needs
- You optimize search and answer generation speeds by developing lightweight models and improving inference efficiency
- You research and implement the latest AI advancements leveraging techniques like multimodal models and retrievalaugmented generation
- You collaborate with engineering and customerfaced teams to align AI improvements with business goals
- You drive the continuous improvement of our AI solutions through the identification and testing of emerging technologies
Requirements
- As an AI expert you have extensive knowledge not only of LLMs but about Graph Neural Networks CNN LSTM etc.
- You have at least five years of expierence with deep learning methods
- You have worked on and developed your own model architectures and supervised training runs on large compute clusters
- You are experienced with Java C C# Rust or similar compiled/strongly typed languages
- You are familiar with GitOps development processes and workflows
- You have handson experience using AI in your everyday life inlcuding image generation code generation classification etc.
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have published papers at international conferences or journals about deep neural networks and their applications
Nice to have: You already had the chance of taking on the challenges of an AIbased B2B startup
