We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Team Lead to spearhead product development delivering bestinclass solutions for our gamers and driving future innovation and success. In this role you will build and manage a highperforming team leveraging your leadership strategic planning and technical expertise in Angular or PHP to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a highperforming product team optimized for achieving set goals
• Own the product delivery end to end including: planning resourcing communication and continuous improvements based on performance metrics (DORA SPACE)
• Engage in the development process as needed to support the team and project goals
• As a part of product team leadership together with product manager and product designer coown product backlog and roadmap contribute with a technology perspective
• Make & steer decisions towards the product impact
• Continuously develop product engineering culture and maintain high software engineering standards

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading crossfunctional teams in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. Demonstrated expertise in planning and performance management is essential
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer ideally within the ecommerce B2C or gaming industries
• A minimum of 2 years of handson commercial experience in delivering software applications frontend (preferably Angular) or backend (PHP7/8 preferably Symfony)
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions in complex systems including technology choices and making architectural decisions
• Great communication ability to pass direct feedback with care and empathy and challenge status quo
• Experience on managing a highperforming team mentoring and growing team members (eg. performance management)
• Strong focus on customer perspective and tangible outcomes
• Crossfunctional collaboration skills and english proficiency
• A passion for games and the gaming industry

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in product led businesses
• Experience with high scale web applications
