Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Product Team and own the endtoend user experience of Wecheers platform. This is a strategic and handson role where you will shape the UX strategy design scalable solutions and build intuitive selfservice experiences that accelerate user adoption.
As part of a fastgrowing team youll collaborate with Product Engineering Marketing and Growth to create a bestinclass SaaS experience that reduces friction enhances usability and empowers users without relying on heavy customer support or customization.
This role is fulltime freelance contract remote but based in Europe. The recruitment process includes 3 steps:
Cultural Fit Interview with Head of People
Technical Assessment
Final interview with Product Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead UX Strategy Define and execute a UX strategy aligned with our transition to a selfservice productled SaaS.
- SelfService UX Design Design intuitive onboarding inapp guidance and workflows that reduce reliance on human support.
- User Research & DataDriven Insights Conduct user research usability testing and other user experiments to inform the design decisions
- Optimize & Maintain Wecheer Web & Mobile App Continuously refine and update the existing web and mobile application UX/UI to enhance usability and engagement.
- Design System & Consistency Build and maintain a scalable reusable design system ensure consistent Wecheer branding images crossplatforms
- Collaborate & Influence Work closely with Product Managers Engineers Marketing and Growth teams to align UX solutions with product and business goals.
- Foster a UX Culture Advocate for UX best practices accessibility and humancentered design across the organization
Requirements
- 5 years of UX experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating usercentric datadriven and businessaligned design solutions.
- Expertise in both B2B & B2C UX spanning enterprise SaaS platforms and consumerfacing applications.
- Strong user research & market awareness with proficiency in various research methods product analytics and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Ability to create user personas and translate insights into wireframes prototypes and actionable design solutions.
- Curious about business and market trends staying up to date with the latest in design and technology.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Startup experience is a plus particularly in fastpaced environments.
- Strategic yet handson proactively driving continuous improvement and innovation within UX.
