Since 2004 we have been setting the gold standard for industry insights and trends. Our influential publications and highprofile events including the Retail Jeweller India Awards (www.retailjewellerindiaawards) and the Retail Jeweller India Forum (www.retailjewellerindiaforum) continue to shape the future of jewellery retail across India and the Middle East. Now we are on the lookout for a dynamic Business Correspondent to join our team and elevate our digital platform. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in capturing and shaping the latest developments and trends in the world of jewellery.
Location: Paragon Plaza Adjacent to Phoenix Marketcity Mall Kurla West Mumbai
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 10:30 AM 6:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging feature articles on the latest jewellery retail trends and marketing strategies. Uncover and narrate important stories from the jewellery economy highlighting innovative practices and industry leaders. Conduct indepth interviews with industry experts and executives to gather valuable insights and perspectives. Transform complex reports into clear visually engaging stories with infographics and multimedia elements.
Writing and Editing: Craft captivating headlines informative captions and concise story summaries. Ensure all content is accurate coherent and aligns with our editorial style guides. Maintain consistency with our brand voice and adhere to high journalistic standards.
Audience Engagement: Enhance the Retail DIVE Weekly Newsletter by integrating compelling and relevant content that resonates with our readers. Monitor reader feedback and engagement to continuously refine content strategies and boost reader satisfaction.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the editorial team designers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content. Cover industry events and forums as needed providing thorough reporting and analysis.
Professional Growth: Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and business practices within the jewellery sector. Pursue opportunities for professional development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our content.
What We re Looking For:
Education: A degree in Journalism / English Literature with prior internship writing experience in for print & digital media
Personal Traits: Selfmotivated with the ability to manage time effectively detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality content.
Good Researching & Networking Skills: Should have good researching & networking skills so as to create a larger pool of exclusive & non exclusive stories on every weekly basis for our digital weekly dive newsletter.
What We Offer:
Salary:per month commensurate with prior internship experience for writing for print & digital media
Persons who does well during their internship period which would be of 3 months tenure can be looked into for absorbing on full time basis with the company
It is an onsite job based at Kurla & candidates comfortable to travel to Kurla & have done their educational qualifications in Journalism / English Literature only need to apply & who can work full time at our office from 10.30 AM to 6.30 PM. Outstation candidates or candidates looking only for remote job need not apply.
