Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the supervision development planning and evaluation of the nursing program activities.
- Manage program budget faculty staff and clinical site relationships.
- Ensure program compliance with Board rules and regulations.
- Develop and implement curriculum policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and documentation for state and Board requirements.
- Maintain student and faculty records overseeing admission processes and orientation.
- Establish and maintain educational partnerships and contracts with clinical sites.
- Participate in faculty recruitment hiring and orientation.
- Provide academic support and advising to students.
- Conduct Nursing Advisory Committee meetings and maintain community relationships.
- Monitor instruction quality and participate in program review and strategic planning.
- Ensure student readiness for graduation and licensing exams.
- Track and report on student performance NCLEX licensing and job placement rates.
Qualifications :
- Must hold a current RN license in the state where the campus is located
- A masters or higher degree from an accredited college or University that includes course work in nursing education or administration
- A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative position
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in pre or postlicensure nursing programs
- At least two years of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care and/or equivalent experience as determined by the Board
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent skills in oral and written communications

- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people and institutions
- Leadership style that emphasizes collaboration teamwork and facilitation
- Ability to utilize computerbased resources
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus
- Experience in supervision planning budget preparation and maintenance
The annual pay range for this position is $118000 (minimum) and $140000 (maximum).*
*Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education experience skills location and budget.
