Job Description
- Designing and executing automated tests on the latest revisions of the software.
- Participating in the development of our automated testing framework assisting our move towards automated testing in a CI/CD environment.
- Interpreting requirements from existing manual test cases and specification documents.
- Liaising with Manual Testers and / or Business Analysts to understand the requirements.
- Liaising with the product and development teams to ensure that our backlog is up to date.
- Providing estimates regarding the test effort required to complete work.
- Raising bugs and liaising with the development team from discovery through to resolution
- Setting up and configuring the testing environment and associated database(s)
- Working with and communicating frequently with a DevOps team to ensure smooth product delivery from beginning to end.
- Preparing the test report and sharing it with stakeholders.
