Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 5years.
- Handson software development experience in modern Java Full Stack development.
- Extensive experience with Java frameworks and libraries including Spring Core Spring Boot Spring MVC and Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience in single page web application development using ReactJsHTML5 CSS3 and Javascript.
- Strong knowledge of cloudbased architectures development and deployment with providers such as Azure AWS or any other cloud providers.
- Proficiency in Java Spring Bootbased applications on both RDBMS (SQL Server PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB Elasticsearch) databases.
- Handson experience with Security Frameworks such as OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect and JWT.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing Web Services and REST APIs.
- Solid experience in SQL development performance tuning and query optimization.
- Handson experience with modern testing frameworks such as Jest Mocha and Chai.
- Good understanding of frontend architecture UI development and datadriven design.
- Ability to simplify solutions optimize processes and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the clients needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and nonfunctional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
- Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
