Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Consolidation: Consolidate and analyze financial data from head and media business units to provide a comprehensive view of costs and financial performance.
- Business Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Actionable Insights: Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior director and business partners to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Innovation: Innovate and implement new ideas and methodologies to enhance financial analysis and reporting processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with financial controllers business unit leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide financial guidance and support.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular financial reports forecasts and presentations to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in financial analysis cost consolidation and business analysis preferably in a multibusiness unit environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel PPT Power BI Deepseek ChatGPT Oracle Cloud).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new ideas to improve financial analysis and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment and build relationships with business partners.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
