Our client is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join their team and support their worldwide Salesforce initiatives focused on enhancing the customer experience.
The Salesforce Service Cloud Developer will operate within the Client Interactions area part of Group Platforms LNR (Luxury New Retail). You will be joining a small and dynamic team where you will support worldwide Salesforce initiatives that aim to improve the customer experience when interacting with our boutiques or call centers. This is achieved through a unique tool fully integrated with all the client touchpoints. Our template is based on stateoftheart cloud solutions primarily leveraging Salesforce Service CloudMarketing Cloud and Vonage CTI.
You will lead the Salesforce Service Cloud development to port features from our current live chat solution to the Salesforce ecosystem. This product aims to enable:
Clients to chat with a SA or CRC through their preferred channel Live chatSMSWhatsappKakaoLine etc..
The Maisons to configure proactive events depending on the customer s journey through the website.
The Maisons and CRC managers to generate reports to monitor the activity and efficiency of the teams.
Develop and enhance Salesforce LiveChat and related Service Cloud functionalities.
Collaborate with the agile team to refine estimate and implement user stories.
Write scalable reusable and maintainable Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC) code following industry best practices.
Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems via REST & SOAP APIs.
Ensure system security & compliance including rolebased access and permissions.
Debug test and optimize new and existing Salesforce features.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
Document technical solutions & maintain traceability using Jira and Confluence.
Support test automation efforts ensuring highquality deployments.
Engage in agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Strong knowledge of ApexLightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud APIsREST and SOAP for system integrations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security models and permissions.
Experience with Case ManagementKnowledge Base and Experience Cloud.
Handson experience with Jira and Confluence in an agile environment.
Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
6 years of experience in Salesforce Cloud development.
6 years of technical project experience.
Proficiency in English.
Experience with live chatchatbots and AIpowered solutions (e.g. Einstein Bots.
Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. SeleniumTOSCAApex test classes.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD version control Git).
