Job Description for Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Book appointments for real estate agents across multiple states
- Manage and follow up with incoming leads
- Conduct cold calling for new business development
- Perform partnership outreach to expand business relationships
- Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions and addressing objections
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage lead interactions

- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
