Key Responsibilities
Manage new client enquiries via phone and email converting them into consultations
Deliver a fivestar client experience from initial contact through to booking
Collaborate with the clinic and management teams to streamline the client journey
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the enquiry process
Share client feedback with marketing and management to support business growth
Reconnect with previous clients and share new offers or updates
Produce regular conversion reports for internal use
Handle diary management and administrative tasks with accuracy
What We re Looking For
Proven experience in a salesfocused role within the cosmetic surgery or aesthetics industry
Alternatively a salesdriven Assistant Clinic Manager looking for a new challenge
Professional and polished communication style confident with highprofile clientele
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customerfocused with a genuine passion for aesthetics and delivering results
Strong organisational and administration skills
Role Details
Fulltime permanent position 40 hours per week (includes lunch breaks)
Working pattern: Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays (with the following Friday to Sunday off when a Saturday is worked)
