The Project Engineer & Coordinator based in Enkhuizen is involved in developing coordinating and handling technical (sub)projects submitted to the Engineering department by various business units. You will deliver projects within Syngentas quality and quantity standards. Supporting and advising project managers on technically related issues is part of the job.
You combine your broad technical knowledge of various disciplines: mechanical engineering electrical engineering and civil engineering with practical implementation skills to successfully realize projects.
Key tasks:
- Project management and coordination of technically substantive projects
- Daily guidance of internal employees and external parties within the construction area
- Ensuring safety planning acceptance and delivery through SAT and FAT protocols
- Preparing signing off and enforcing work permits
- Coordinating planning with department representatives and contractors
- Monitoring and recording and safety in the field
- Technical detail followup of projects
- Reporting to Project Managers
- Problemsolving and coordination between various parties
Qualifications :
Required qualifications:
- Technical education at MBO/HBO level
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position
- Broad technical knowledge and affinity with civil engineering electrical engineering installation technology mechanical engineering or process engineering
- Experience with project management and construction site coordination
