Job Description
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for test automation and a knack for leading technical teams Join our dynamic team at Group Functions Change & Technology Services as a Technical Test Lead in Test Automation. Youll play a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining a scalable robust and efficient test automation framework that drives our organisations success.
What youll be doing:
- Leading the creation design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks
- Providing expert guidance on testing tools automation frameworks and methodologies
- Developing and maintaining a test automation framework using Selenium TestNG and Cucumber BDD
- Driving future enhancements with Playwright and AIdriven testing tools
- Establishing robust API testing methodologies using tools like Postman and REST APIs
- Collaborating with Portfolio Test Managers to align automation deliverables with project goals
- Championing continuous process improvement and exploring new tools and technologies
- Mentoring and guiding team members fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. statistics computing science data science) or equivalent experience
- Experience in dealing with high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of a wide variety of machine learning techniques
- Proficiency in coding languages for data manipulation (e.g. SQL) and machine learning model development (e.g. Python R)
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience with cloud native tooling for Azure and AWS (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
