Job Description
Bertoni Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Scientist based in LATAM with advanced English proficiency to join a fully remote project for one of our U.S.based partners client.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and of advanced machine learning and causal inference models to measure and optimize omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Exercise independent judgment in methods techniques and evaluation criteria on data science projects overseeing the endtoend process from problem definition to model implementation.
- Work with largescale healthcare datasets including claims prescription digital engagement logs and survey data to derive insights into HCP behavior.
- Partner with commercial marketing and business development teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance customer engagement.
- Act as a key data science representative in client engagements effectively communicating insights methodologies and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Have broad analytics experience or innovative knowledge and use skills to contribute to achieving client objectives in creative and effective ways.
- Foster innovation by exploring and integrating emerging technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications :

- Required experience: Four 4 to six 6 years of experience.
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R and SQL.
- Experience applying causal inference techniques (e.g. causal impact analysis uplift modeling DoWhy) to marketing and engagement analytics.
- Strong background in predictive modeling classification segmentation and optimization.
- Familiarity with healthcare and commercial biopharma data sources such as claims data HCP interaction logs and prescription data.
- Experience working with clients and strong ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex data science concepts into strategic business insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to driving impact through data science.
- Advanced written and spoken English fluency along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information :
- Contract Type: Independent contractor (This type of contract does not include paid time off tax deductions or insurance. It only includes the gross monthly payment based on hours worked).
- Contract Duration: Initially 6 months with possible extension based on performance.
- Work Mode: 100 remote outsourcing. The client is based in the U.S. and is looking for nearshore talent.
- Time Zone & Schedule: Fulltime Monday to Friday 8 hours per day 40 hours per week) U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
- Equipment: Contractors must use their own laptop or PC.
