What Youll Be Leading
As Regional DACH Director you will drive DPOONEs growth in Germany Austria and Switzerland positioning the company as the goto SaaS solution for privacy compliance organizations and federations. And help us while we grow into an AIagent solution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Execute Growth Strategies: Lead DPOONEs entry into the DACH market identifying opportunities and creating a roadmap for longterm success.
- Drive Sales & Marketing: Establish a highperforming sales pipeline and design impactful marketing initiatives for the local market.
- Shape the Product for the Region: Work closely with the COO to ensure DPOONEs SaaS platform meets the specific needs of DACH businesses.
- Lead Regional Operations: Build partnerships expand networks and act as the key representative of DPOONE in the DACH market.
- Own Financial Milestones: Manage budgets hit revenue targets and drive profitability.
