Were searching for a dynamic R&D Team Lead to spearhead the development of Wix Life the central hub for all employeerelated information and actions at Wix! Join our Internal Systems R&D group and report to the R&D Group Manager where youll play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our internal tools. In your daytoday you will:
Lead and inspire a team of talented developers and QA engineers
Drive design projects and ensure ontime delivery of highquality products
Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into exceptional solutions
Champion Agile sprints and Wixs release methodology to maximize efficiency and quality
Continuously deliver valuable features while improving the tech stack
Dive into both frontend backend and mobile development according to our product vision and roadmap
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in frontend design and development
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with backend developers UX/UI designers and product managers
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in both Hebrew and English
- Experience in team management leading large scale development projects and mentoring junior and midlevel engineers an advantage
- Familiarity with Wix infrastructure Wix Docs Wix Velo and React an advantage
