Job Description
Cloud Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Work as a collaborative member of a highprofile team
- Program and script using one or more languages (Python Ansible Java C)
- Provision cloud access and accounts
- Systems optimization at the OS and infrastructure levels in an AWS cloud environment
- AWS cloud administration (EC2 EBS S3 IAM Lambda)
- RHEL systems administration (OS patching shell scripting storage management)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of business analysts developers data scientists and subjectmatter experts
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security CISSP)
- Experienced with AWS Cloud infrastructure and services
- Experienced with Linux command line
- AWS certification (AWS Solutions Architect AWS SysOps Admin)
- Red Hat Certification (Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator Red Hat Certified Engineer)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Years of Experience: Mid Level 58 years of experience.Senior 10 years of experience.
Education: Bachelors degree in systems engineering computer engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
Location: Chantilly VA
Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ ability to obtain CI Poly
