Job Description

- Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mind
- Maintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
- Maintain customer pool records report any pool issues to management
- Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
- Vacuum skim brush pools and empty pool baskets
- Backwash filters check pool equipment
- Perform minor onsite repairs and filter cleanings
- Other duties as assigned
- Customer service mindset: confident professional friendly
- Hardworking with a cando attitude
- Positive attitude and initiative
- Super reliable works when scheduled and on time
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays
- Attention to detail fast learner
- Some heavy lifting (could be 50lbs)
- Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
- Valid drivers license with a clear driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Pass a background check
- High school diploma or higher
- 1 years of experience working professionally in the swimming pool industry
- CPO qualified
- High motivation with desire for career advancement
