Job Description
Job Title: Hospitalist and Nocturnist
Locations: San Antonio TX
Job Type: Fulltime W2 and 1099 options available
Job Description: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician and contribute tohighquality patient care across major hospital systems. We offer flexibleemployment models (W2 and 1099 to fit your professional and personal needs.
Physician Compensation & Schedule:
- Employment Type: W2 or 1099
- Base Salary (W2: $220K $250K
- Total Compensation (W2: Approximately $275K for a 7/7 schedule
- 1099 Compensation: Roughly 10 higher than W2
- Rotation: 7day blocks Monday to Sunday
- Hours: 7 AM 7 PM day shifts; 7 PM 7 AM night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an average patient census of 20 patients per day.
- Utilize hospital EMRs; no centralized EMR system.
- Provide supervision to APPs during day shifts; APPs work independently at night.
- No procedures required; respond to codes as necessary based on site.
Facility & Support:
- Open ICU environment.
- Midlevel support available with each APP having a supervising physician.
