- Join five other physicians and four advanced practice providers
- Patient Center Medical Home Model with lab and specialty suite located nearby
- Strong administrative support including medical assistants and nurses
- Option to work one or two days per week in our North Attleboro MA office

- See an average of 2022 patients per day
- Call is 1:5 weekday and weekend
