POSITION OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will gain valuable inhouse legal and business experience by collaborating with a global team of seasoned attorneys and professionals on various legal matters. The internship will run from approximately late May to early August (with some flexibility on dates) and is a fulltime role. The format is in person attendance at our Sunnyvale CA headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Legal and Corporate Development teams on commercial contracts dataprivacy intellectual property compliance government relations strategic alliances M&A activities litigation and other projects as required.
  • Review contracts policies and procedures.
  • Conduct legal research and contribute to writing initiatives.
  • Organize and manage contract filing systems.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Adaptable and responsive capable of multitasking and managing conflicting priorities.
  • Highly organized motivated detailoriented team player; confident working autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills displaying enthusiasm for addressing a wide range of legal issues and a strong interest in law and technology; adept at Legal research and analysis

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a program or field of study with an interest in law paralegal students and/or other related areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Adobe PDF. Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.

Wage ranges are determined by various factors including job type and level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $22.00 $26.00 per hour with exact salary offers based on the candidates subject knowledge skill level qualifications and experience.
