About the Team
We are now seeking a wellversed Senior Product Manager to join the Core Data team to support the team building an EventDriven Resource Graph that serves as a single source of truth providing a unified view of the customers full infrastructure estate. It will leverage an event focused architecture enabling the publishing consumption cataloging schema management and storing of data for business and product usage.
As a Senior Product Manager you will work crossfunctionally with engineering design and key business representatives to define product roadmaps prioritize features and deliver highimpact solutions. You will leverage your expertise in cloudnative platforms API integrations and eventdriven architectures to enhance developer experiences and drive product adoption.
What youll do (responsibilities)
- Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Core Data team for an eventdriven Resource Graph as a cloudnative solution aligned with the business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable highly available integration solutions leveraging technologies such as Graph databases Kafka REST APIs and eventdriven architectures
- Lead crossfunctional teams through endtoend ensuring timely delivery of key features
- Craft the product story by recognizing the landscape user needs and HashiCorp principles
- Conduct research to identify pain points validate product assumptions and optimize user experiences
- Prioritize the offering roadmap by taking feedback from customers field teams and ecosystem partners
- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to set the context and priority for the product delivery
- Communicate product updates and insights to leadership and engineering
What youll need (basic qualifications)
- 8 years of product management experience with a focus on cloudnative enterprise solutions and a good knowledge of developer tools
- Deep technical understanding with knowledge of eventdriven architectures API management and integration platforms
- Partner with multiple engineering and product teams across the organization to align priorities and drive a unified strategy for eventdriven integrations
- Handson experience with Kafka or other modern messaging technology RESTful APIs cloud platforms and enterprise integration tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and drive with engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of the enterprise cloud platform infrastructure space and market needs
- High levels of customer consideration and an interest for using data to understand how customers adopt and use products
- Analytical with the ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs
- Proficient communication skills with an emphasis on written communication
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
