Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AIdriven workflows for SFDC integration to enhance sales automation.
- Work on Sydney our AI Virtual Assistant to optimize lead qualification processes.
- Implement AIpowered decisionmaking and automation within a secure onpremises RHEL 9 VM environment.
- Leverage LangChain Python and PostgreSQL to build scalable AI applications.
- Integrate various AI models and frameworks into the SFDC ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including executives and sales teams to define AIdriven sales acceleration strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data governance policies for AI and SFDC integration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience in Python LangChain and PostgreSQL.
- Handson experience with RHEL 9 Linux environments.
- Knowledge of agentic AI workflows and AIdriven process automation.
- Proficiency in working with Salesforce APIs (SFDC API) for seamless integration.
- Experience with AI model selection training and deployment.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced executivedriven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with crossfunctional teams.
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset to drive AI innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in AIdriven sales automation projects.
- Familiarity with cloudbased AI deployment and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Experience in optimizing AI models for enterprise environments.
- Certifications in Salesforce AI/ML or related fields.
