Job Description

Position Summary

The role of a Precision Animal Health (PAH) customer data specialst (CDS) is to quickly and efficiently resolve complex data issues to delight our customers. CDS will utilize strong analytical skills to understand the problem and create a path to resolution they will then follow through post to ensure accurate delivery to the customer. Impeccable customer experience is top priority.

Position Responsibilities

  • Use strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to understand and execute complex data corrections
  • Resolve errors returned from evaluation providers
  • Promote an Excellent Customer Experience. Actively listen to customers concerns identify tasks at hand and take appropriate action to achieve a positive outcome for our customers.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced high volume environment with minimal supervision and high attention to detail
  • Liase with Business Analysts Product Managers Evaluation Providers and Laboratory Operations to understand process and data workflows to help inform paths to resolution
  • Document customer interactions according to standard procedures in support of efforts to provide a consistent highquality customer experience
  • Consistently achieve departmental performance requirements
  • Teamwork share collaborate and act as a team player.

Organizational Relationships

This position requires communication with internal and external evaluation providers such as Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding (CDCB) AHDB Datagene etc.

Collaboration with Customer Success Zoetis Tech and Digital (ZTD) Business Analysts (BA) and Laboratory Operations

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • Knowledge of beef and or dairy operations is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience

Technical Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Database query experience preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and Word applications
  • Experience using a CRM (TouchPoint preferred)

Strong aptitude for technology and solving puzzles
