Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Estimator/Coordinator to become part of our team! Work for a familyowned private company that has built our business on people. Our team delivers excellent workmanship at a good value always striving to do whats best for our customer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate detailed estimates on Commercial HVAC Systems in a timely manner
- Must have a good understanding of Commercial HVAC Systems
- Must be able to multitask in the scheduling and estimating of multiple jobs/projects
- Coordinate and schedule
- Labor
- Materials
- Rental of Equipment as needed to complete jobs/projects
- Manage lead times and coordinate with customer and dispatcher
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum of 5 years of field Commercial HVAC experience
- Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have computer skills and have ability to type
