PE Teacher HighAchieving School

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join a highachieving mainstream school in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching PE across KS3 to KS5 on a fulltime basis. The school boasts outstanding sports facilities a strong extracurricular programme and a highly supportive department. Applications are welcomed from both ECTs and experienced PE teachers.

Experience and Qualifications
- PE Teacher able to teach across KS3 to KS5
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physical education
- A teaching qualification with QTS
- Legal right to work in the UK
Specific Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging and highquality PE lessons
- Organising and leading extracurricular sports activities and competitions
- Assessing and recording student progress effectively
- Creating a positive and safe learning environment
- Encouraging student participation and promoting a healthy active lifestyle
- Collaborating with colleagues parents and the wider school community
Salary
The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS).
