Shift: 2nd Shift Monday Friday 3:15PM to 11:15PM

A Day in the Life:
- Demonstrates and promotes Thermo Fishers 4I Values of Integrity Intensity Innovation and Involvement.
- Applies Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer requirements in all areas of responsibility.
- Complies with all safety regulations and conduct all activities in a safe & efficient manner.
- Lead daily safety quality and delivery goals for assigned jobs.
- Performs inroom task assignments and training for all packaging jobs.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- This position requires handeye coordination dexterity attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with both hands. This includes:
- Must have working mathematical skills for counting adding subtraction multiplication division fractions and percentages.
- Ability to interpret 2D Diagrams and batch paperwork to ensure proper assembly of clinical supplies.
