What Were Looking For
We are seeking an exceptional program director to support the creation of a network of schools and districts in adopting and implementing multitiered systems of support inclusion and evidencebased special education services for English Learners and bilingual students with disabilities. Key activities include helping establish a professional development network conducting school outreach and coaching implementing model demonstration projects establishing a community of practice and delivering highquality training and professional development. Project LEER! is an interdisciplinary project focused on supporting families students and teachers of English learners and bilinguals with and without disabilities. The project is funded through the Office of English Language Acquisition (OELA). This position is housed within the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities.

TheBaylor Center for Developmental Disabilitiesinvests in research training outreach and clinical services that promote the flourishing of people with disabilities their families and communities. The Center hosts a growing number of programs clinics projects and events focused on supporting individuals with intellectual disability autism and an array of other developmental disabilities. Likewise we are committed to helping schools and communities welcome and support the full participation of people with disabilities and their families.

A masters degree in education special education applied behavior analysis school counseling psychology school psychology or related field and three years of relevant work experience are required. A doctoral degree is preferred.

Desired Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

A valid USDriver License with a clear driving recordof at least two years is required.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a FullTime basis.
