JOB SUMMARY: Southeastern is seeking a full time CARE Specialist at our 5th Street location Community Support Services. This is a case management position providing comprehensive support services psychosocial rehabilitation and therapeutic services to adults with severe mental illness and cooccurring disorders including substance abuse and developmental disabilities. The services are provided on both a planned and asneeded basis. Our CARE Specialists work as an active and positive member of the CSS team to assist adults with mental illness and addiction to move towards recovery through our Comprehensive Assistance with Recovery and Empowerment (CARE) program. Hours for the position are Monday through Friday 8am 4pm.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a high school diploma with 5 years experience or an associates degree; Bachelors degree preferred in one of the social sciences or human services field. At least one years experience providing services to individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) including those with cooccurring substance use disorders is preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and car insurance.
